About Us
Our Purpose
The Collaborative Impact Fund of Denver (CIFD) invests in community-led solutions to address Denver’s biggest challenges. Positioned at the intersection of government, philanthropy and the private sector, the CIFD is an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit sponsored by the City and County of Denver. We strengthen the impact of the nonprofit sector by advancing public-private partnerships, funding capacity building and supporting community-led projects.
Our Why
The Denver nonprofit sector is a critical component of Denver’s local economy and is well-positioned to engage with the community and implement solutions to the issues they care about. The CIFD aims to:
Recognize the nonprofit sector’s role in building community, providing direct services and implementing innovative solutions
Help build the organizational capacity necessary for the nonprofit sector to achieve its goals
